My approach is to simplify the process as I understand that choosing your blind or curtain can be challenging and confusing. I will you help with the specific style, material and cost to ensure that you have the product that is right for you.

I will start with an initial conversation either by phone or email to understand your broad requirements and after this will set up a face to face meeting at your home.

I aim to be as clear as possible on the timeframe so you will know when your project will be completed.

I have a large supply of fabric samples that I can bring with me to give you all the inspiration you need.  From fabric designers such as Zoe Glencross, Clarke and Clarke, Ian Mankin, James Hare and Warwick.  

I will advise on the best solution for the space and measure during the visit.

Once you have chosen your fabric and style, I will provide a detailed, no obligation estimate. I can quote and provide for everything that is needed, including materials, labour and an installation estimate from my fitter.

Once the estimate is accepted and a deposit paid, I can order the fabric and start on the project.

I make everything in my workroom at the bottom of my garden.  I understand how keen my clients are to follow the sewing process, so I send regular updates and photos to keep you fully up to date in the making process. No product is delivered unless I am truly satisfied.

Ensuring your product is fitted correctly is crucial to any project so once your products are finished to the highest standard, I will arrange a fitting date.  I will come to your house with your curtains or blinds and with the help of a professional fitter, we will install everything and ensure it all fits perfectly.

The final invoice will be sent to you upon completion and delivery.
